I have been buying from the family for over 45 years. That span includes everything from high school prom gifts to a reworking of my wife's engagement ring. They are friendly and sincere. All other comments to the contrary are ridiculous.

Great quality, and great customer service! I was recommended to Simon and Continental Jewelers through a close friend while living in Kentucky, Simon and his staff walked me through the engagement ring process and picked out a ring that my fiancé loved. I was reluctant to buy a ring in Miami while being located in KY but Simon and his staff quickly put my nerves at ease with their frequent status updates and always ensuring all of my request were filled. This was a very personable engagement ring buying experience. To my own fault, I gave the wrong size for the ring, when I told Simon he had me send the ring back, received it on a Monday afternoon and had it back to our house on Wednesday morning because we told him we would like to have it in time for an engagement party! I definitely will be coming back here for future jewelry needs.

My husband and I have been using Continental Jewelers for over 30 years. I love that they make you feel like one of the family. I have never been rushed and they have gone out of their way to make or get anything that I have requested. Their prices are very reasonable. I love the fact that my daughters fiancé, kept it in the family and bought her gorgeous engagement ring at Continental Jewelers. Thank you Continental Jewelers!!!

Not only are my pieces stunningly beautiful but working with the owners Lisa and Zeff has been such a great experience. Zeff is a GIA Graduate Gemologist who is not only extremely knowledgeable but also as honest as they come. As Warren Buffet said- “If you don’t know jewelry- know the jeweler”- this is the case with Zeff! Buying jewelry is a big purchase and with Zeff you know that you are making a good decision and getting sound, honest advice! Lisa- is a perfect compliment to Zeff- so nice, professional and accommodating. They both bend over backwards to make sure my purchases are perfect and will even bring them to me- first class service all around. I cannot emphasize enough that if you are in the jewelry market Continental Jewelers is the only place to go!
